Kearney Donald Partnership to design first council flats in Lochaber
Kearney Donald Partnership are to design the first council houses in Lochaber for thirty years. 12no. 2 bedroomed flats are to be built on the site of the former Health Clinic, Kilmallie Road, Caol.
The design brief called for highly efficient/sustainable flats that achieve a 40% betterment than the current building regulations, in terms of u-values and SAP rating.
Kearney Donald Partnership are employed by UBC Group Ltd. for this project and both organisations beat competition from 7 other teams from all over Scotland and Northern Ireland..jpg)
